Guay Tiew Kua Gai (Wok-fried Noodles with Chicken and Dried Squid)
Guay Tiew Kua Gai is a stir-fried wide rice noodle with chicken (gai). It is usually cooked on the charcoal stove. Therefore, it will have its own and famous smoky flavor. Savory sauce is also served with this dish.
Ingredients: wide rice noodle, thin sliced chicken breast/ other parts if preferred, eggs, lettuce/bean sprouts, sugar, fish sauce, chopped green onions, minced garlic, vegetable oil/lard, garnished with cilantro, and served with savory chili sauce
