Kao Griab Pak Mor and Sa Koo Sai Moo (Steamed Pork Dumpling and Tapioca Balls with Pork Filling)

Kao Griab Pak Mor and Sa Koo Sai Moo are usually sold in the same shop.  Kao greab pak mor is a kind of steamed rice-skin dumpling assorted with sautéed minced pork, peanuts, and sweet radish.  The same filling is also used for sa koo (tapioca pearl) which is a tapioca dumplings.  They are delicious and flavorful treats.  Both desserts are topped with crispy fried minced garlics when served.  There also is lettuce as a side dish.
